One of the most popular Dutch DJ's/producers was offered a multiyear contract by a large American label and music publishing company. In the meantime, the client was getting similar offers from other companies. The challenge in this matter was to advise the client about the range of possibilities in order for them to make the right choice.

For a long-standing client of the firm, we drew up a standard international software distribution contract with particular attention to IP protection and cloud-based services. With this contract in hand our client was able to quickly build up their international distribution network and expand their business.

For a provider of an innovative RTB platform we looked at the possible limitations of privacy legislation and cookie legislation. With slight technical adjustments to the service it was made compliant, contrary to the ones of its competitors.

Many event concepts are organized under license by a local partner abroad. Drawing up a contract for such a licensing agreement requires knowledge and experience of all the details linked to the event. Everything must be aimed at safeguarding and protecting the original concept as much as possible.

Our client had a valid rental agreement to hold a major event in a stadium. Even though all 30,000 available tickets had already been sold out, summary proceedings were still necessary to convince the stadium and the football club in question that the football match had to be held at another stadium
